Conditions for linking your webpage to the Old World Hungary Webring:


(1) Because the Old World Hungary Webring is designed for the whole family (children and adults), Please do not link your page here if it contains, pornography, profanity, illegal products (software, music warez files ), racial discrimination or social, religious or political slurs.


(2) Only pages submitted that have content related to Hungary or Hungarians will be considered, including Hungarian cultural, historical, educational pages, Hungarian organizations, museums, churches, cuisine, etc. Also, pages related to former Hungarian territories, now under Austria, Croatia, Slovakia, Yugoslavia, Ukraine and Romania, are accepted. (Pornography, racial hate and other extremist pages will not accepted).

The Old World Hungary Ringmaster will examine each submitted site prior to addition to the ring.

(3) The Ringmaster reserves the right to withdraw any site from the list at any time. I will remove any site if it fails to conform to the above reasons. If it is not a violation of item 1 above I will try to contact you via email before removal to explain reasons why. If, at any time it is discovered that the link to your site from the ring no longer functions, it will be removed without notice..

(5) If you do not join within 30 days, from the time I recieve notice from webring you will automatically be removed from the ring queue. This is necessary to prevent a long list of inactive members in the queue's.

(6) Please this is very important. Install the code fragment on your page that is about Hungary. This is to avoid someone having to search your site for your Hungarian page and not being able to find it, especially if your site is very large and contains multiple subjects.

If this meets your approval than I will be looking forward to seeing you on this webring.

Follow these instructions:

1. Submit your site to the queue so you know what your ID number will be.

2. Save these 2 gif pictures into your personal web site directory and do NOT alter them. This will allow your webpage to load faster. All you have to do is Right Click on the pics and Save As

By law, we cannot collect personal information on anyone under the age of 13. Old World Hungary WebRing Code

When you sign up with the Old World Hungary Webring you will need to copy the "fragment" code into your webpage. Please place this code on your first page.

You will need to clickabove on the link to the fragment page and cut and paste this into your page. You must change the statements PUT_YOUR_EMAIL_ADDRESS_HERE to your email address... please make sure you leave the rest of the statement intact.

Next you neet to change PUT_YOUR_ID_HERE to your ID# such as 12 but again make sure you leave all the rest intact.

If you have problems email me at rmccomb@northlink.com and I can send to you the code via email with the correct ID's and email addresses in place. You must give me your ID and email address so I can put it into the code. Then you would cut and paste that into your webpage.

If you receive an html code fragment from the Webring please do not use this. The fragment they send is a generic and will not work quite right. Use only what is posted here.

 You then must let me know by email rmccomb@northlink.com when you have recieved the notification from webring and have installed the fragment code in your file. Don't forget to give me your ID and URL (the page you put the code into). and your email address. Without all of this I won't be able to check your site to see if it is working properly.

After that we should be ready to go.
